Eleven is the youth ministry of Grace Community Church. It is designed to bring “one more” to Christ. Eleven gives students the tools needed to grow in their relationship with the Lord. This is accomplished through relevant Biblical teaching, multimedia, high-impacting praise and worship, Life Groups, and Eleven Breakfast Club - just to name a few.

The media department is directed by Lisa Karsting. Prior to joining the Grace staff, Lisa was vice president for radio programming and promotions in San Diego, California. Her desire is to not only train students in media production, but to mentor them and prepare them for their future in media. Lisa works with students on everything from lighting, DJ mixing, sound and filming.

The worship service is directed by Ben Crenshaw. The band’s high energy and pulse-quickening music is designed to create an atmosphere for students to worship and let go of the issues they are faced with every day.

Life Groups are lead by Charlie and Sarah Elsner who have been energetic members of Grace for almost fifteen years. Life Groups are broken down by grade and gender. The purpose of a Life Group is to build relationships and provide mentorship for our youth. Group leaders provide an atmosphere for students to feel safe and accepted.

Breakfast Club is run by our Life Group leaders. On Sunday mornings from 9 to 10 am, students are provided with a full breakfast and a brief teaching. Breakfast Club also helps break the hurried Sunday morning rush.

Eleven Youth provides opportunities for events such as Acquire the Fire, Summit Weekend, Fuse Fest, and summer camp. These events help to deepen students’ spiritual walk. They always return filled with excitement and a renewed spirit!
