 | “After 29 years of marriage we have learned that so much depends on how you cultivate the most important relationship in your life. No matter where you are in the process (newlywed or old-timer), now is the time to take steps that will make your marriage everything that God intended it to be. When we build strong marriages, we build strong families and then we can build a better world. Our Adult and family ministry was created with you in mind.” | Pastor Blayne and Kim Schorr Adult Ministries | |
Our Family Life Class meets Sunday mornings at 9:00 am in Classroom # 3. Leaders Rawley and Kim Farris keep things hopping with a teaching team that delivers sound Biblical principles to apply to your life. They strive to live by Psalms 1:3 “He is like a tree planted by the streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.” The also offer Family Life Groups that meet in a variety of locations throughout the community to pray, fellowship and grow in God’s word together.
The “I Believe” program was developed with the new believer in mind. Even if you’re not a new believer but want to get back to basics, this is the place for you. We believe it is so important that folks start their relationship with Christ off on strong footing. We offer New Beginnings, Boot Camp and Launch on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am in the Chapel to equip you to “live life more abundantly.” | Susan Lindemann Director of LifeGroups | LifeGroups - It is our most sincere desire that our LifeGroups at Grace provide an avenue for you to grow in relationship with God and a path to grow in relationship with each other.
LifeGroups include many different types of classes and gatherings including Bible studies, home groups and affinity groups. Classes provide everything from Biblical studies on different books of the Bible to book studies on titles that are popular or relevant to our Christian walk. You may see Precepts, Beth Moore or studies on books like Boundaries with Children or Quest for Authentic Manhood.
LifeGroups are an outreach and a great way to meet folks in your neighborhood. We meet from 1- 4 times a month for fellowship, prayer, a meal and the Word. Affinity groups meet because they share a common interest. We have hunters and fishermen, quilters, scrapbookers, a cooking group and more! Affinity groups are as varied as the people of Grace.
